We source high-quality ingredients as locally and seasonally as possible, work with local farmers, and minimize waste. Everything we make is made from scratch, by hand, in small batches, with no unnecessary extras.
We prepare a limited number of small batches each week, with availability updated as new batches are ready. Available products can be purchased directly through our website. For now, all orders are available for local pickup at Ghost Chicken Commissary in Lake Charles.

Eclectic Acres Farm in Orange, Texas is an important part of the Soil & Sol ecosystem. We work closely with the family farm and source many of our ingredients directly from them, including pasture-raised chicken, grass-fed beef, bones for broth, and suet for our tallow.
